Publishing is a constant at Chrystele Lerisse. The book is part of his culture and the artist’s creative device. It has been inseparable from his work since 1985. For each edition produced, the photographs are printed at such – that is to say at the size of the original photograph -. The format chosen by Chrystèle Lerisse is generally 6 x 6 cm: the composition seen in the viewfinder of her camera. Quelques exceptions parcourent le chemin de l’artiste.
